We provide remote printer support services via screen-sharing, call, or chat. Services are only provided after payment confirmation.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made upfront via Razorpay or PayPal
  • Pricing is listed transparently on our Pricing page
  • You must provide accurate contact and device information

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if we are unable to resolve your issue (see Refund Policy).

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee success in every case
  • Some issues may require manufacturer support or hardware repair
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures

6. User Responsibility

  • Ensure a stable internet connection during support
  • Cooperate with the technician during troubleshooting
  • Do not provide false or misleading information

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By using our service, you agree to contact us first at support@printerfix247.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

Filing a chargeback after receiving successful support may be disputed with documented evidence. Repeated abuse of the chargeback process may lead to service denial.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the user is abusive, uncooperative, or violates these terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in Indian courts.
