  • You request a refund within 7 days of your support session

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You refuse to continue the troubleshooting process
  • You abandon the session without communication
  • You request a refund after 7 days

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment reference
  • Reason for refund

5. Processing Time

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of our terms. We encourage resolving issues with our team directly.
